TERROIR et CULTURE
Le Ch\u00e2teau Lacroix est une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 familiale depuis trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.Le vignoble du Ch\u00e2teau Lacroix se situe dans la continuit\u00e9 du coteau de Saint Emilion.
Son sol argilo calcaire est id\u00e9al pour la culture de la vigne.
Chaque action men\u00e9e au vignoble est raisonn\u00e9e dans un souci environnemental.
Nous pratiquons des travaux en vert soign\u00e9s, dans un but prophylactique et aussi de maitrise des rendements(\u00e9bourgeonnages, effeuillages, \u00e9claircissages\u2026)ASSEMBLAGE70 % merlots 30% cabernets
VINIFICATION et ELEVAGE
Vinification en cuve inox, puis \u00e9levage sous-bois pendant douze mois.
DEGUSTATION
Le Ch\u00e2teau Lacroix pr\u00e9sent un nez vanill\u00e9, grill\u00e9 \u00e9pic\u00e9, tout en finesse. En bouche nous d\u00e9couvrons des fruits rouges (cerise et mures) qui participent \u00e0 la sucrosit\u00e9 et au volume ressentis.
