Domaine VaillantImplant\u00e9 au c\u0153ur de l'Anjou, le Domaine Vaillant est avant tout une histoire de famille.
Depuis le XVII\u1d49 si\u00e8cle, les terres se transmettent de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, perp\u00e9tuant un savoir-faire viticole fond\u00e9 sur le respect de la nature et l'expression du terroir.
Aujourd'hui, la famille Vaillant poursuit cette tradition avec la m\u00eame passion, en cultivant son vignoble selon les principes de l'Agriculture Biologique et de la Biodynamie.
Le domaine s'\u00e9tend sur 48 hectares o\u00f9 s'\u00e9panouissent les grands c\u00e9pages lig\u00e9riens tels que le Chenin, le Cabernet Franc, le Grolleau et le Pineau d'Aunis. La diversit\u00e9 des sols \u2013 schistes, quartz, faluns, sables et graviers \u2013 conf\u00e8re \u00e0 chaque cuv\u00e9e une identit\u00e9 unique, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant toute la richesse des terroirs de l'Anjou.
Convaincue que les grands vins naissent avant tout dans la vigne, la famille Vaillant accorde une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9, \u00e0 la vie des sols et aux \u00e9quilibres naturels.
Les interventions sont limit\u00e9es au strict n\u00e9cessaire afin de pr\u00e9server la vitalit\u00e9 des vignes et de produire des raisins d'une qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle.
\u00c0 la cave, cette m\u00eame philosophie se poursuit avec une vinification peu interventionniste.
Les vins sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec un minimum de manipulation, sans collage ni filtration pour la plupart des cuv\u00e9es, et sans sulfites ajout\u00e9s, afin de pr\u00e9server toute leur puret\u00e9, leur \u00e9nergie et leur authenticit\u00e9.
Chaque bouteille refl\u00e8te ainsi avec sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 le caract\u00e8re du mill\u00e9sime et la personnalit\u00e9 du terroir.
Le Domaine Vaillant propose des vins vivants, \u00e9l\u00e9gants et pr\u00e9cis, qui s\u00e9duisent par leur fra\u00eecheur, leur \u00e9quilibre et leur remarquable expression.
