Domaine Alexandre Implant\u00e9 au c\u0153ur du vignoble chablisien, le Domaine Alexandre est une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 familiale transmise depuis trois g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.
Aujourd'hui dirig\u00e9 par Olivier Alexandre, le domaine s'\u00e9tend sur 13 hectares r\u00e9partis sur les communes de Beines, La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, Lignorelles et Villy, au sein d'un des plus prestigieux terroirs de Bourgogne.
Le vignoble est conduit avec une attention constante afin de pr\u00e9server l'expression naturelle du Chardonnay, c\u00e9page embl\u00e9matique de Chablis.
Les rendements sont volontairement ma\u00eetris\u00e9s pour favoriser la concentration des raisins et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler toute la finesse, la min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 et la fra\u00eecheur caract\u00e9ristiques des terroirs chablisiens.
\u00c0 la cave, chaque \u00e9tape de la vinification est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans le respect du fruit.
Pressurage d\u00e9licat, d\u00e9bourbage statique, fermentation en cuves et \u00e9levage pr\u00e9cis permettent d'\u00e9laborer des vins \u00e9l\u00e9gants, \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s et d'une grande puret\u00e9 aromatique.
L'ensemble des cuv\u00e9es est mis en bouteille directement au domaine dans des conditions optimales, garantissant une qualit\u00e9 irr\u00e9prochable jusqu'\u00e0 leur commercialisation.
Le Domaine Alexandre signe des Chablis authentiques, alliant fra\u00eecheur, pr\u00e9cision et expression du terroir.
